2.1. All prices are quoted in Euro (EUR) (or your local currency as selected) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable, unless otherwise specified. 2.2. Postage, packaging, and transit insurance prices will be charged in addition to the price of any goods and are displayed during the checkout process. 2.3. Pricing Errors: If a product is incorrectly priced, we will charge the lower amount if the correct price is less than our stated price. If the correct price is higher, we will contact you for instructions before processing the order. If a pricing error is obvious and unmistakable, we reserve the right to end the contract and refund your payment.

PMB Jewelry shall retain full legal ownership of all goods until full payment has been cleared and received.
The risk in the goods shall pass to the Customer upon delivery. For high-value jewelry, we recommend ensuring a secure person-to-person handover.
6.1. We deliver in accordance with the option selected during checkout. Any delivery timescales are indicative only. 6.2. Damaged Goods: If a parcel appears tampered with or damaged in transit, it is the Customer's responsibility to refuse the signature. 6.3. Inspection: The Customer shall inspect the jewelry within a reasonable time after receipt. Goods are deemed accepted unless PMB Jewelry is notified of a rejection within 7 days of receipt. This does not affect your statutory rights regarding manufacturing defects.
